Free tool · For places to stay
Measure your website.
Paste your hotel, cabin or lodge's web address. In under a minute we tell you how long it takes on a phone, whether guests can book direct, whether Google understands it and what to fix first. It's free and we don't ask for any details.
How we measure
What a traveller sees, and the same for everyone.
Speed is measured by Google PageSpeed Insights, simulating a phone on a mobile connection, and we use the time the page's main content appears (LCP). The rest we read from the public page: whether a booking engine is connected, whether it's built for phones, whether it has a title, description and heading, whether there's an English version and whether it opens on https.
They're the same criteria and weights we used to measure the websites of places to stay in El Chaltén. We only look at what anyone can see from outside: we don't log into any system or ask for passwords. We store which site was measured and from which city, nothing else.
| Speed | How long the main content takes to show on a phone. Google calls under 2.5 seconds good. | 35 |
|---|---|---|
| Direct booking | Whether guests can book on the site itself, with availability and price, without going through Booking. | 20 |
| Phone | Whether the page is made for phones, where people book. | 15 |
| A title, description and main heading Google can read. | 15 | |
| English | Whether foreign travellers can read it in their language. | 10 |
| Secure connection | Whether it opens on https, with no insecure-site warning. | 5 |
Why it matters
A slow website with no booking is a commission you pay every day.
- Everyone who can't book on your site ends up booking on a platform that charges you commission, usually from 15%.
- Google shows fast, clear websites first. A slow site loses ground even if the place is the best in town.
- The AIs that recommend where to stay read the same things Google does: if your site can't be understood, they don't name you.
Free diagnosis

Send us four details and we'll review your website, your presence on Google and your booking mix. No cost and no commitment. We reply personally.
How much a website costs in ArgentinaIs it free?
Yes, and we don't ask for an email or any details. If you want us to review your site in depth, write to us.
Why can speed differ each time?
Because the test depends on the network and your site's server at that moment. If it varies a lot, measure twice and keep the best result.
What's a good score?
Over 80 is a site in very good shape. Between 60 and 80, fine with things to improve. Under 60, the site is losing you bookings.
My site was made by a booking platform. Does it still work?
Yes. We measure the public website travellers see, whoever made it.
What do I do with the result?
Start with the first item under "What to fix first". If you like, we'll help: a custom website costs between USD 1,000 and USD 5,000 depending on the project, and the diagnosis is free.
