How much does a website cost?
With us, a one-page website costs US$ 400; one with design and several pages, from US$ 850; a custom website for a lodging, between US$ 1,700 and US$ 3,500 (usually US$ 2,100); and a website with 3D maps and destination information, quoted after a meeting. It's a one-off payment for the site; monthly care is separate.
What does the US$ 400 website include?
A single long page with your photos and text in order, WhatsApp and email buttons, a map to get there, cookies and legal pages done right, your domain connected with https, and the metadata, sitemap and Search Console so it shows on Google. A simple website, but done well.
What's the difference between the US$ 850 and the US$ 2,100 one?
The US$ 850 one tells a business: several pages with a design of their own. The US$ 2,100 one sells nights: each room with its page, bookings inside your website, live prices and free nights, two languages and the pages Google and the AIs need to recommend you.
How long does it take?
One page, a week. With design, two to three weeks. Custom for a property, three weeks to a month. With 3D maps it depends on the place and we agree it in the quote.
Do you use WordPress or templates?
No. We design and code every website ourselves, as a static site: faster, safer and with no plugins that break. If you have WordPress today, we migrate it without losing the addresses Google already knows.
Can I change things myself?
It depends on the site. Most often we make the changes as part of the monthly care: you write on WhatsApp and we change it. If your site needs very frequent changes, we set it up so you can.
Are hosting and the domain included?
The domain is registered in your name and paid once a year to the registrar (about US$ 10 to 20). Hosting is part of the monthly care; without it, we leave the site published and working, but with nobody looking after it.
Do you take the photos?
Only in El Chaltén, as an optional shoot. Elsewhere we work with your photos, which we edit, or recommend a photographer there.
How do I pay?
In US dollars, with a fixed quote before we start. We agree the way of paying when we send the quote.
Do you only work in Patagonia?
No. We're in El Chaltén and work for the whole world, in Spanish or English. Meetings are by video call and we answer in Argentina's working hours.
