Channel manager for hotels.
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your website in one calendar. Change a price once and every channel sees it. Bookings arrive on their own, from any channel, in a calm panel made to be opened every day.
It is the real panel with made-up data. Drag across the days of the calendar to change a price or close nights.
Open in a new tabA channel manager is the system that keeps your hotel's prices and availability in sync on every platform you sell on: Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your own website. Change it once and it updates everywhere.
It does two jobs: it stops the same night being sold twice (overbooking), and it saves you logging into every extranet. Ours also brings your direct booking page, WhatsApp and invoicing into the same panel, and we set it up and connect it for you.
What you see every day
Today
Who arrives, who is in the house and who leaves. The direct bookings waiting for your yes, and how much of the next two weeks is already sold.
Calendar
Each room with its bookings above and, below, how many are left for sale and at what price. Drag across the days to change the price, the minimum stay or close nights on every channel at once.
Bookings
All of them together, from any channel, each in its colour. From the booking you write to the guest on WhatsApp or issue the invoice.
Channels
How much each channel brings in a month, how much it keeps in commission and how much you saved with direct bookings.
Your booking page
The guest picks dates, sees the real price and books direct. It is where your calendar, Google, the AIs and the WhatsApp send people.
Why with Andes
A service made in Argentina, in Spanish or English: pleasant to use, carefully made and working. So your property grows without depending on Booking.
One price, every channel
Change a rate or close a night and Booking, Airbnb, Expedia and your website see it at once. No more four extranets.
No overbooking
When a booking comes in, that night closes everywhere within seconds.
Your website, no commission
The booking page is yours. What comes in direct leaves nothing to anyone else.
Know what each channel costs
The Channels view shows how much each platform kept in commission this month and how much you saved going direct.
Official connection
The same one big hotels work with. Your listings, reviews and ranking stay untouched.
WhatsApp and invoicing inside
From the booking you write to the guest or issue the invoice. No other system to open.
We answer in Argentina's working hours
On WhatsApp, in Spanish or English, ourselves and not a ticket. We connect and load everything for you.
Made by a design studio
A calm panel, pleasant to open every morning. Not a spreadsheet with buttons.

Walk through the panel of a sample hotel. Change prices, add bookings, confirm requests: nothing is saved.
See the sample panel ↗What is a channel manager for?
It sends your prices and free rooms to Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your website at the same time, and receives the bookings from all of them. It prevents overbooking and saves loading each platform by hand.
Which platforms does it connect to?
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Google, through official connections. Vrbo, Agoda, Trip.com, Hostelworld and other channels on request.
Do I have to leave HotelRunner, Cloudbeds or my current engine?
Yes: the channel manager replaces the one you use today, so there is a single calendar. We move your future bookings before switching, so no night is sold twice.
Do I lose my reviews or ranking on Booking or Airbnb?
No. Your listings stay the same; only the system that sends them prices and availability changes.
Does it work for a few rooms or cabins?
Yes. It works the same with three cabins as with forty rooms.
How do I get paid for direct bookings?
At first a direct booking arrives as a request: you confirm it in the panel and tell the guest how to pay. If you want online payment, we connect it.
How much does it cost?
The channel manager alone, US$ 60 a month. With your website looked after by us and Vidriera, US$ 100. With the website, monthly SEO and photos, US$ 210. Paid in two halves a year, November and March, with no commission per booking. Programs are added separately: Reception 24h US$ 39, Price radar and After the stay US$ 19, Factura T US$ 9.
What if I want to leave?
Your data is yours. We hand you your bookings and rates, and your listings on the platforms stay yours.
