Córdoba · City and Sierras

Web design in Córdoba.

Córdoba has two calendars: the city fills in spring, the Sierras in summer. We build websites for Córdoba's hotels, cabins and businesses designed around each one.

  1. 01

    Two calendars in one province

In the Sierras the year is decided in summer: January and February were 39% of Villa Carlos Paz's hotel nights from January to November 2025, according to INDEC. Carlos Paz went from 51% room occupancy in January to 15.6% in May; Mina Clavero from 67.8% to 8%.

The city of Córdoba works the other way: its best months were July and September to November (58.5% in November) and January was among its weakest. A city hotel and a Traslasierra cabin can't have the same website or the same offers.

  2. 02

The city holds the foreign guests

The city of Córdoba had 16% of the region's hotel nights but about 71% of foreign nights (120,746 of 170,368). In the Sierras foreigners are around 1% of guests. And more are coming: in Q1 2026, 29,368 non-resident tourists arrived through Córdoba airport, 54.6% more than a year earlier, mainly from Brazil, the US and Chile.

For a city hotel that means a site in English and Portuguese, with SEO in each language. For a Sierras cabin, the focus is the Argentine tourist who arrives by car and plans one to three months ahead.

  3. 03

    What people search on Google

Google suggests cabins in Villa Carlos Paz “with pool”, “near the centre”, “pets allowed”, “for 4 people prices”; Traslasierra cabins “with heated pool”, “river access”; Villa General Belgrano “pet friendly”. And also “hoteles Córdoba booking” and “alojamiento Córdoba airbnb”: travellers type the platform's name into the search box.

Every filter people type can be a page on your site. That's how you show up, not just a platform's listing, when someone searches for exactly what you have.

    • A page per feature: heated pool, river, pets, capacity, close to the centre
    • Prices and availability in view: people search for “prices”
    • Direct booking on a phone, connected to your engine and Google Hotels
    • For the city: English, Portuguese and rates for events and work travel
  4. 04

Few keep a website in view

On OpenStreetMap there are 2,248 places to stay in the province, half of them cabins, and only 225 have a website linked: 10%. In the city of Córdoba, 18 of 125. It isn't a census, but it shows how much of Córdoba's lodging depends on being found inside a platform.

  5. 05

    Without official statistics, your numbers

INDEC stopped publishing the Hotel Occupancy Survey after November 2025. The city still measures through its Tourism Observatory (52.8% bed occupancy in Q1 2026), but for the Sierras there's almost no new data. Your own website's numbers, how many search for you and how many book direct, become your best reference.

  6. 06

    Businesses too

Besides tourism, we build custom websites for Córdoba businesses, studios and brands, with technical and local SEO. We work remotely from El Chaltén and you talk directly to whoever builds your site.
