Web design in Mendoza.

Mendoza has a foreign guest few provinces have, and it comes in spring, not the winter holidays. We build websites for hotels, wineries and businesses that know how to use that.

    Foreign guests come in spring

In the city of Mendoza non-residents were 36.2% of hotel nights from January to November 2025, according to INDEC: more than double the Cuyo average (15.3%). And their strong month isn't July. October had the most foreign nights of the year, and in October and November 4- and 5-star hotels reached 65–73% room occupancy.

July fills too, but mostly with Argentines. If a hotel's website speaks only Spanish and pushes only the winter holidays, it lets the best-paying season slip by.

  2. 02

Brazil, Chile and the last-minute booker

In Q2 2025, 38.6% of foreign tourists arriving in Mendoza by air were from Brazil and 23.8% from Chile. Chileans crossing by land rise and fall with the exchange rate: in August 2026 tourist crossings at Cristo Redentor fell 75.8% year on year, while airport arrivals rose 16.2%.

The AEHGA hotel association said in 2026 that bookings now come together “from one day to the next”. With guests like that, a site with live availability and booking in Portuguese and English sells while the other place is still answering an email.

  3. 03

    Uco Valley and the wineries

Mendoza has 876 wineries and over 200 open to tourism. In the Uco Valley about 38% of hotel nights are foreigners, who stay around three nights, but room occupancy was under 21% from April to November 2025: there's plenty of room.

In English, Google suggests specific hotel names when someone types “valle de uco hotel”, and searches like “mendoza wine hotel”, “winery hotel”, “vineyard hotel”, “luxury”. Travellers already know what they want; the winner is the place with a clear site in their language, the wine experience told well and the booking button in sight.

    What the website needs

    • Spanish, English and Portuguese, each language with its own SEO
    • Pages for the experience: wine, the Andes, snow, Vendimia
    • Direct booking with live availability, for last-minute deciders
    • Spring offers for foreign markets, not just winter
    • Your own photos of the place and the vineyard, no stock
  5. 05

    New rules for lodgings

Emetur Resolution 378 of September 2026 updated the lodging rules: only those on the Registro de Prestadores may offer accommodation, cabins are graded Standard or Superior, and lodges and glamping sites must register too. For a licensed property, presenting it well on its own site is part of standing apart from informal supply.

  6. 06

Few keep a website in view

On OpenStreetMap there are 592 places to stay in the province and only 144 have a website linked (24%); in the Uco Valley, 9 of 39. It isn't an exact measure, but it shows how much of Mendoza's lodging is found only through platforms.
