We only handle personal data when you contact us yourself: by email (including the email links on this site) or by phone. We then receive whatever you choose to send us — usually your name, your email address or phone number, and your message.
This site has no contact forms and does not store anything you type on any server.
Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider whose servers may briefly process technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve the pages and keep them secure. We don't use that data to identify you. Fonts, images and videos are served from this domain.
If you accept cookies, we also collect usage data through Google Tag Manager, as explained under “Cookies and Google Tag Manager” below. If you don't, nothing is sent to Google.
We use your messages to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to prepare and follow up on the project, including the invoicing and records the law requires.
We keep them while the conversation or the project lasts, and afterwards only as long as we need them to meet legal obligations or handle possible claims. Then we delete them.
We don't sell, rent or hand over your data to anyone. The only third parties involved are the providers that make this possible — our email provider and our hosting provider — which process data on our behalf solely to provide their service, and, only if you accept cookies, Google (see below).
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326) you can access, rectify, update and delete your personal data. To do so, just write to studio@andesdevelopers.com. It's free, and we'll reply within the legal deadlines.
The owner of personal data has the right to access it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14, section 3 of Law No. 25.326. The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25.326, handles complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
If you are in the European Union, the GDPR also gives you the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We handle your messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, or to take steps you ask for before a contract; Google Tag Manager and its cookies are used only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
