Projects.
Every project starts with one question: what does the visitor need to understand, feel and do. Here is what there was, what we decided, why, and what happened. With real data.

Fitz Roy Expediciones
El Chaltén, Santa Cruz · Trekking guides since 1995 · SEO audit and new website
Starting point
A WordPress site that took about 30 seconds to load, English-only, with broken booking buttons and errors Google struggled to read.
What we did
- Full SEO audit, fixes in order of impact
- New bilingual site with 3D relief maps of the trails
- Pre-trek guides: trails, when to go, how to get there
- All 36 old Google addresses kept or redirected
- Phone-first booking, reviews pointed to Google
How we did it, and why
- A static site instead of WordPress
- Speed isn't a technical detail: it's the first impression, and Google uses it to rank results. Trekkers open the site on a phone, often with one bar of signal. A static site is served prebuilt, opens instantly and doesn't depend on a server that can go down mid-season.
- 3D maps with real relief
- Before booking a trek, the doubt isn't the price: it's whether you can do it. How much it climbs, where it goes, how far is left. A map with real relief answers that at a glance, and the trust it builds carries over to the booking.
- Pre-trek guides
- Most searches don't say "book a trek": they ask how to get there, when to go or which trail is best. Answering those well puts the brand in front of travellers weeks before they decide, which is exactly when they choose who to go with.
- Keeping the 36 old addresses
- Rankings live in the addresses Google already knows and the links pointing at them. Changing sites without redirecting them means starting over. We mapped every old URL to its new equivalent before launch.
Outcome
906 clicks and 27,700 Google impressions since late June 2026; daily impressions tripled between July and October. The new site went live on 9 October.

Patagonia Eco Domes
El Chaltén, Santa Cruz · Geodesic domes in the forest · Website rebuilt from scratch
Starting point
A camp of domes among lenga trees, at the start of the trail to Laguna de los Tres, with no signal or internet. The site had to convey that disconnection and let guests pick and book each dome.
What we did
- New site from scratch, with its own art direction
- Aerial view of the camp: each dome opens its gallery and booking button
- Day and night versions of the camp
- Trail map with real terrain relief and the 8.6 km route to Laguna de los Tres
- Real guest reviews and a booking panel, ready for its booking engine
How we did it, and why
- Starting over, from scratch
- A stay at this level competes on emotion, not on a list of amenities. A template organises information; it doesn't convey a place. The site had to make people want to go before they read a word.
- The camp seen from the air
- What makes the place unique is how the domes sit among the lenga trees, and that doesn't fit in a ground-level photo. From above it's understood in a second. And if each dome can be tapped, seen and booked in the same place, the step where people get lost disappears.
- Day and night
- Half the stay happens at night: no signal, no lights, the stove going. Saying "disconnection" convinces no one; showing it does.
- The trail with real relief
- Its biggest advantage is walking straight out to Laguna de los Tres. A claim like that, without proof, sounds like marketing. With the real relief and the measured route, 8.6 km, it becomes a fact, and facts are what travellers compare.
Outcome
In private preview, about to launch on its own domain.

Cerro Eléctrico
Río Eléctrico valley, El Chaltén · Off-grid tiny houses · Website from scratch
Starting point
Four tiny houses made from recycled shipping containers with solar power, 16 km from El Chaltén and 800 m from the El Pilar trail, facing Fitz Roy. A unique place that needed a website to match.
What we did
- Copy written from about 112 real guest reviews: Fitz Roy from the bed, the trail from the door, the silence
- 3D walk through the container's interior
- 3D valley map built from real terrain data and satellite imagery, with nearby trails
- A WebGL night sky with the real southern sky at 49° south: the Southern Cross and the Magellanic Clouds
- Booking linked to its booking engine, HotelRunner
How we did it, and why
- Writing in the guests' words
- No one describes a place better than someone who has slept there. We read about 112 reviews, sorted what came up most (Fitz Roy from the bed, the trail from the door, the silence) and built the copy from that. So the site promises exactly what guests then find.
- Stepping into the container in 3D
- "A tiny house in a container" raises objections: is it comfortable, is it too small? An unanswered objection is a lost booking. Walking through the interior answers it before it comes up.
- The valley as a real 3D map
- The location is the product: 800 metres from the trail, facing Fitz Roy, away from town. We built the valley from real terrain and satellite data so the distance is shown rather than promised.
- The night sky, exact
- Off the grid and far from town, the sky is part of what you book. We computed it from the real star positions at 49° south. The detail isn't there to show off: anyone who knows the sky notices it, and that says how everything else is cared for.
Outcome
In private preview, about to launch on its own domain.

Navegación
Patagonia · Own project · Business built from scratch
Starting point
A tourism business we started from scratch, with no brand, no website and no customers. We can't say more yet.
What we did
- The business idea and the offer
- The brand and the website from scratch
- The booking journey
How we did it, and why
- Starting with the business, not the website
- Because a website only sells if the offer is clear. First we defined what's offered and to whom; then the brand and the design.
Outcome
In progress. We'll tell the story when it launches.
