Hotel software for small hotels and cabins.
Channels, direct bookings, front desk, housekeeping, invoices and numbers in one panel. If you use another system today, we do the move for you.
72 functions in 12 chapters. All of them work today: try them on the test hotel.
Channel manager
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your website read the same calendar. Sell a night and it closes everywhere.
Official connection

One change, every channel
Change a price or close a night once and it goes out to every channel at the same time.
No overbooking
When a booking comes in, that night closes everywhere within seconds.
Minimum stay and closed nights
By day, by room or by season, on every channel at once.
More channels
Vrbo, Agoda, Trip.com, Hostelworld, Hotelbeds and Despegar on request.
Agencies
Each agency with its commission. Their bookings land in the same calendar and you see what each one keeps.
Agency allotments
Hold rooms for an agency. When it sends the guest, the allotment becomes a booking with their name and commission; if not, you release it.

All of them together, from any channel, each with its account.
One list
Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, your website, the phone and agencies, each in its channel's colour.
Each booking's account
The total, the extras, what was paid and what is left.

Support
The person who programmed the system answers you, on WhatsApp.
No tickets
Write or call on WhatsApp. Small things get fixed almost right away; bigger ones, as soon as possible.
English or Spanish
On Argentina's hours, from El Chaltén, Patagonia.
Overbooking guarantee
If our system causes a double booking, we pay your guest's night in another place.
Your data is yours
No minimum term. If you leave, we hand you bookings and rates, and your listings stay yours.
What changes
It's not just the panel. It's how it charges, who answers and what it does for you.
| The usual | With Andes | |
|---|---|---|
| When something breaks | You open a ticket and wait, not knowing who will answer or when. | WhatsApp with the person who programmed it. |
| Language and hours | Support from another country, often on other hours. | English or Spanish, on Argentina's hours. |
| How it charges | A percentage of what you sell, or each module separately. | A fixed amount for your case. No commission per booking, no minimum term. |
| The move | Usually up to you. | We do it, not charged separately. |
Prices of other systems change often; we quote ours for your rooms and channels.
We do the move
Switching systems is scary because nobody wants an overbooking in high season. So we do it ourselves, in four steps, and don't take the next one until the last one is right. Meanwhile you keep your current system.
We copy what you have
Rooms, rates, seasons and future bookings. If you can export them to a spreadsheet we use it; if not, we move them with you.
You check it with us
You see your new calendar next to the old one. We don't go on until they match night by night.
One channel first
We connect just one for a week, on dates with no arrivals, and you watch bookings come in and nights close.
The rest, the same day
We add the other channels together and only then you cancel the old system. Your website books through your new page.
Coming from
Cloudbeds · HotelRunner · Booking and Airbnb by hand
Or a spreadsheet, or a paper notebook: that too. The move is done remotely, wherever your hotel is.
And if a booking clashes
If our system causes a double booking, we pay your guest's night in a similar place.
How the guarantee works (Spanish) →It is the real panel, with a test hotel running. Touch everything: drag a booking, see housekeeping as the housekeeper sees it or make an invoice. Nothing is saved.

What software do hotels use?
Most use three pieces: a channel manager for Booking, Airbnb and Expedia, a booking engine for their website and a PMS for the front desk. At Andes the three are the same panel, with housekeeping, invoices and numbers inside.
What is a PMS and how is it different from a channel manager?
The PMS is the front desk system: arrivals, departures, payments, rooms and housekeeping. The channel manager sends prices and availability to the platforms and receives their bookings. Ours does both.
Does it work for cabins, hostels or apartments?
Yes. It works the same with three cabins as with forty rooms, and if your houses have names, each booking shows it.
How long does the move take?
About two weeks: copy and check, one week with a single channel, then the rest on the same day. We do it on dates with no arrivals and you keep your system meanwhile.
Is the move charged?
Not separately. It's part of the system's price.
Do I lose my reviews or ranking on Booking or Airbnb?
No. Your listings stay the same; only the system that sends them prices and availability changes.
Does it work outside Argentina?
Yes. Channels, calendar, front desk, housekeeping and numbers work in any country. Argentine invoices are only for Argentina, and online payments depend on which gateway works in your country: we check it on the first call.
Is there anything to install?
No. It's a web page: open it from the desk computer or your phone, with your key.
How much does it cost?
It's quoted case by case, by your rooms and channels: a fixed amount, no commission per booking and no minimum term.
What if something breaks on a Sunday in high season?
Write to us on WhatsApp and the person who programmed the system answers. If our system causes a double booking, we pay your guest's night.
